5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC approved).
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 (Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your Account tier and verification status.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to a few hours during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or if additional verification is required.

This may include requesting additional documentation, freezing Account balances, or reporting suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

14. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, you must withdraw your entire Account Balance. Any remaining balance after 30 days of Account closure may be forfeited.

to2288 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or inactivity. Upon termination, all pending bets will be settled according to the applicable rules, and any remaining Balance will be returned to you (minus any applicable fees or disputed amounts).

15. Amendments to Terms

to2288 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 16. Severability
